Hosting, private-storage, messaging (including WhatsApp), and technical-support providers may process information on our behalf under security and confidentiality instructions. Website callback requests are registered in the clinic's private callback list and used only to contact you about your enquiry. Do not include clinical details in that request. When care requires it, we may share the minimum necessary information with laboratories, specialists, diagnostic providers, insurers, or authorities in accordance with applicable law.

Protection, retention, and rights

We apply administrative, physical, and technical controls to restrict access, maintain traceability, protect transmissions, and preserve backups. Records are retained for legally required health and professional periods, then securely blocked, deleted, or anonymized when permitted.
